Welcome to Blitz Turns (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using this website, requesting a quote, or hiring our services, you agree to comply with the following Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our website and services.

Blitz Turns provides the following services, which may vary by project or location:

• Turn-season painting
   
• Deep and standard turn cleaning
   
• Make-ready & punch services
   
• Renovation services (LVP, cabinets, countertops, fixtures, etc.)
   
• Property turn management and coordination
   
• Command center setup and supply management
   

Services may require a written proposal, contract, or email approval.

• All quotes are estimates based on the information provided at the time of inspection or submission.
   
• Prices may change if additional scope is discovered or added.
   
• Color changes, damage, repairs, trash-outs, or non-standard cleaning may incur extra charges.
   
• Any unforeseen conditions (pet damage, heavy trash, excessive repairs, mold, etc.) will be billed as a Change Order.
   

A Change Order will be issued when:

• Additional work is requested by the client
   
• Conditions differ from the original inspection
   
• A unit requires repairs or cleaning beyond standard turn scope
   
• A color change or specialty paint is required
   
• Renovation add-ons or upgrades are approved
   

All change orders must be approved in writing before work continues.

The client is responsible for ensuring:

• Units are fully vacated unless otherwise arranged
   
• Utilities (water + electricity) are active
   
• Keys, codes, or digital access are provided to all units and buildings
   
• Hallways and access paths are clear for equipment
   
• Parking or unloading areas are available for crews
   

Delays caused by access issues may result in schedule changes or extra fees.

• Blitz Turns will follow the agreed-upon schedule, but timelines may shift due to weather, access issues, property delays, or extended scope.
   
• During peak turn season, scheduling is first-come, first-served.
   
• We are not responsible for delays caused by the property or other vendors.
   

Blitz Turns follows strict quality standards for painting, cleaning, and turn-related services.
A unit acceptance walk-through must be completed by the property manager or representative within:

• 24–48 hours of service completion
   
• After this period, units are considered accepted
   

Any concerns must be communicated promptly to allow for correction.

• Payment terms will be outlined in the proposal or invoice.
   
• Late payments may incur fees.
   
• Large-scale turn projects may require deposits or progress payments.
   

Blitz Turns is insured and takes all necessary precautions while performing work.
However, we are not responsible for:

• Pre-existing damage
   
• Damage caused by other vendors
   
• Items left in units
   
• Mold, water damage, or structural issues
   

Any new damage caused directly by our work will be reviewed and addressed promptly.

• Projects canceled without 72-hour notice may incur a fee.
   
• Rescheduling due to lack of access, no utilities, or unit not being vacated may also incur charges.
   

• All content on this website (logos, images, text, design) is the property of Blitz Turns.
   
• You may not copy, reproduce, or republish any content without permission.
   
• Unauthorized use of our branding is prohibited.
   

By submitting forms, contacting us, or requesting a quote, you consent to Blitz Turns storing and using your information for communication and project-related purposes.
We do not sell or distribute customer information.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts within the state.
